Shipping Policy:

We process and ship orders within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. For pre-order items, please expect a shipping window of 3-4 weeks.

Customer Care

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges for non-vintage items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Contact us at contact@thevieuxriche.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Product Quality:

Our commitment to quality is unwavering. If there is an issue with your item, please inform us immediately so we can address it.

This policy applies to all items outside the Vintage Collection.

Country Club Collection Policy

Condition of Vintage Items:

Our Vintage Collection is a carefully curated selection of preloved items that carry with them a history and character unique to previously owned garments. These items have been hand-selected for their quality and aesthetic value.

Please note that all items in our Vintage Collection have lived previous lives, which is often reflected in their condition. While we ensure that each item is in good wearable condition, they will naturally show some level of wear. We believe this adds to their story and appeal.

Returns & Exchanges:

At Vieux Riche, we understand that purchasing vintage items online requires trust and assurance. Our curated collection of vintage treasures is handpicked for their unique charm and history. Each piece is thoroughly inspected, and any notable imperfections are clearly detailed in the product descriptions.

We encourage our customers to carefully review the descriptions, images, and measurements provided, and to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or for additional details prior to making a purchase. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent pre-sale support to ensure you are confident in your selection.

 

Due to the unique nature of vintage items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive an item and feel it was misrepresented in its listing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item. We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, aiming to ensure your satisfaction with the resolution. For other cases, we are happy to offer store credit for returns initiated within a strict 7-day window from the date of delivery.
